This website, its CRM, enquiry-management, technology, marketing-support and referral services are operated by Nationwide Property Pty Ltd, ABN 32 697 173 881. Nationwide Property Pty Ltd does not represent that it is the licensed real-estate agent appointed to sell properties in Queensland.
All properties legally listed for sale by Nationwide Property in Queensland are listed by Graeme Leslie Ewart trading as Nationwide Property, ABN 52 556 753 613, Queensland Real Estate Agent Licence No. 4138510, acting under the seller's valid written appointment. A property described as listed by Nationwide Property means Graeme Leslie Ewart is the appointed agent unless another properly licensed and appointed agent is expressly identified.
Suitably licensed and authorised real-estate agents may supply property information, advertise properties or assist buyers through this website. The responsible agent's identity and capacity will be disclosed for the relevant property. Nationwide Property Pty Ltd does not become the appointed agent merely because information is displayed on its website or managed through its technology.
House-and-land packages and other opportunities may be supplied by builders, developers, project marketers, owners or licensed agencies. Nationwide Property Pty Ltd may provide marketing, enquiry-management and referral services and may receive a marketing or referral fee. Nationwide Property Pty Ltd may collect and retain information supplied in an enquiry so it can respond, record buyer preferences and manage the requested service. Personal information will not be disclosed to an external professional, builder, developer, agent or other referral recipient without the buyer's specific consent, except where disclosure is permitted or required by law.
A separate optional consent will be requested before information is passed to a professional or property-related party. The CRM may record the consent wording and version, date and time, technical submission information, intended recipient, purpose and categories of information authorised for disclosure.
If an enquirer does not accept the required Terms and Conditions, the enquiry will not be submitted or saved. We thank that person for considering Nationwide Property and welcome them to return at any time should they later wish to proceed subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Browsing, creating an account, making an enquiry, selecting a property or accepting these Terms and Conditions does not appoint Nationwide Property Pty Ltd, Graeme Leslie Ewart or another participant as the buyer's agent. Any agency appointment must be separately made in writing where required by law.
Buyers should obtain appropriate independent legal, financial, taxation, valuation, finance, building and other professional advice before making a property decision.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or misleading information, interfere with website operation, scrape data, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Website content, structure, design, wording and branding are owned by or licensed to Nationwide Property Pty Ltd, Graeme Leslie Ewart trading as Nationwide Property, or the identified content supplier, as applicable.
Nationwide Property Pty Ltd may update these Terms and Conditions. The version accepted with an enquiry will be retained with the relevant CRM consent record.
Nationwide Property Pty Ltd, as website operator, reserves the right to suspend, reject or remove any advertisement that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. This includes fictitious or non-existent properties, advertisements without a meaningful description, inaccurately or misleadingly described properties, and information that cannot reasonably be verified. Graeme Leslie Ewart trading as Nationwide Property remains responsible for advertisements connected with Queensland properties for which he is the licensed and appointed selling agent.
